Our part ownership is a form of fractional ownership which allows various investors ‘i.e Diaspora’ to own a stake in productive assets in this case machines which are being rented out through out platform.

The simple mechanics of how it works, include.

1. The primary machine owner will list their machine for rental on our platform.
2. When listing, the primary owner will set how much value they want to sell to other investors.
3. Our team will review the listing and approve it.
4. If you are interested in a particular machine, simply click on Part Own to view the basics of the deal – the machines with active Part Own will have orange colour and those with grey colour they are not active for Part Ownership.
5. Enter how much you want to own ‘in % terms,’ minimum is 10% and maximum is what is made available by the primary owner, the value of the deal will be indicated. The ownership is in multiples of 10% i.e you can own 20% but not 21% etc.
6. Pay for the value of your part ownership, you will then sign agreements with the primary owner
7. Congratulations you are not part owner of the machine and enjoy the rental incomes.
8. If you want to exit your ownership, you can simply alert the owner who will active the part ownership for someone to buy your portion.
9. The primary owner is responsible for ensuring the machine is maintain and rented out to various clients.
10. You will carry out monthly meetings where the primary owner will present monthly income statement for the machine showing rentals income and expenses incurred.

This is our initiative to pull billions of dollars primarily from the Diaspora to capacitate our Africa’s industrialisation initiative on a win-win basis.
